Position detection (nano)

PEO offers position sensing detectors (PSDs) as specialistic (Ion implanted) components for OEM and PSD measurement systems. Our detectors themselves because of their specification in the fields of: speed, low noise, linearity, tailor made QA projects and their functioning in very demanding conditions. The one- or twodimensional PSD is an important link as a component in systems for non-contact detection and measurement of position, distance or movement right upto the nanometer area. The components are manufactured from high silicon and available with integrated hybride amplifier (SPC) and in SMD housing.

Next to PSD based measurement systems we also offer laser interferometry measurement systems which can be used for dynamic laser allignment and non-contact measuring of position, distance, movement, vibration and more. We offer for example the multiaxis interferometer measurement system (6D) with a measurement range of 0 to 390ft. and a max. resolution of 0,62nm!
